Jim McCormick

Mr. McCormick has 25 years of property management experience in both residential and commercial real estate including management of government offices, large apartment complexes, multi-tenant office buildings, and retail shopping centers. Mr. McCormick coordinates communication between the tenant and the building owner, giving the tenant a single point of contact. This facilitates the smooth completion of tenant desired maintenance, repairs, and other tenant related requests. Mr. McCormick’s proactive approach to property management allows for the quick resolution of any issue, helping the tenant better focus on its operations.
