Lake Elsinore Marketplace is a 50-acre power retail center comprised of approximately 450,000 square feet of retail buildings consisting mostly of major national tenants, and is located in Riverside County, California. The shopping center was built from the ground up and is anchored by Costco, Lowe’s, Grocery Outlet, PetSmart, and Staples.  Other national tenants include Kirkland’s, Dollar-Tree, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Del Taco, Popeyes, Panda Express, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Wells Fargo, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Wendy’s, and numerous shop tenants. Diamond Development, working closely with Costco and Lowe’s, identified this site for their immediate need and proceeded to entitle, acquire, and construct a power center with Costco and Lowe’s as the initial lead tenants.
